Summary: | 碩士 === 環球科技大學 === 公共事務管理研究所 === 102 === Care industry has long been defined as a female profession , with the concept of gender equality are more and more male into nursing in the workplace ,however , gender role stereotypes , whether to become male nurses in the workplace pressure reluctant to remain in the nursing profession . In this study, from the point of view of gender role stereotypes , explore Taichung, Changhua, Nantou three counties hospital Male nurses workplace related stress and intention to stay connected nature . In a general survey conducted , a total of 342 valid questionnaires were returned 66.8 %. After data recovery, using SPSS PASS software package for data analysis. The results showed that Taichung, Changhua, Nantou three counties hospital Male nurses : ( a ) demographic variables, age, marital status , job , hospital level and personal income accounted for the proportion of families economic weight with no significant differences ,The qualifications and , has served in several institutions , hospitals attributes , salary satisfaction and intention to stay there a significant difference . (B ) workplace pressures : Cognitive and support , peer relations and supervisor support and intent to stay connected with significant resistance ; care objects certainly facets and organizational intent to stay on with a related , but with professional intent to stay not have connected sex .
