Description
Summary:碩士 === 台南應用科技大學 === 國際企業經營系碩士班 === 102 === From 2013 on, Taiwan’s military policy has gradually shifted from “parallel system of both volunteers and conscripts” into an “all volunteer system.” The new system will not be implemented without certain challenges, such as the capability of recruiting professional and elite personnel and retaining those that enlist. This paper studies the satisfaction levels of current military service personnel in a certain unit in Taiwan. The five aspects of service quality were used and reasons for those who left were also investigated. Four hundred questionnaires were issued and three hundred and fifty were effective. Statistical analysis shows that tangible and practical aspects has positive influence on intention of leaving their jobs; gender, age, and types of military-service also have positive influence on intention of leaving their jobs.
