| Summary: | 碩士 === 台南應用科技大學 === 美術系碩士班 === 102 === This research took “Small Things Narrative” as the content for exploration. From the creation process and discovery from 2010 to 2014,the author realized the context of self-creation and explored the mirage existing in the memory to further associate illusion in thinking. Such illusion was transferred to Pottery clay creation in which the reality and vanity come back and forth for us to hear the sound of real self emerging from the depth of heart.
This research focused on the author’s creation development which introduced the gradual analysis method for creation. The first chapter – Introduction, briefly mentioned how the author was enlightened and begin the Pottery clay creation. The second chapter – Creation Mindset Development, was connected by three portions which described how the author was affected by the visual image in daily life and generated illusion to evade and satisfy various mental demands when it comes across the subconsciousness. The third chapter explored the techniques and coloring of creation and the change of feeling on the Pottery clay through hands during the creation process connecting with the clay. The fourth chapter described the story and idea of the creations to deliberate upon the concept it conveys within.
Through the creation to look for the inner self and review the connection between individual self and society, we self-examined, decomposed and reconstructed ourselves to come out the self value and perspectives in the cycling process. Thus, new viewpoints and exits were built to concentrate us on the sound potentially in our heart and to open a brand new perspective to interpret the world.
