Summary:碩士 === 台南應用科技大學 === 生活應用科學研究所 === 102 === The study aims to investigate the personalities of senior/vocational high school students from cosmetology department to discuss the differences and resemblances of their learning motivation as well as learning attitude upon professional cosmetology courses. In the study, senior year students from cosmetology department are divided into four geographical areas, north, center, south and east with cluster sampling applied for Quantitative research. Upon 899 delivered questionnaires, 813 are valid, the recovery of the questionnaires reaches up to 91%. According to statistics analysis and investigation result, it shows: First, students with different personalities tends to show notable differences upon gender, number of certificates, career planning, part-time working experience and term examination score. Second, due to gender, number of certificates, career planning and term examination score, there would be remarkable differences upon learning motivation. Third, learning attitude would show notable differences concerning gender, number of certificate, career planning and term examination score. Lastly, there are positive correlations between personality, learning motivation and learning attitude. In the end of the study, conclusion and suggestions are given to provide instructors from professional cosmetology courses a reference to draw up teaching and advice strategies.
