Recently some enterprises’ commercial confidentiality illegal been carried out by staff, that caused the company's corporate image and business face great damage and that indirect effects work identity issue among the work organization and employees. The industry of electronic technology is rapid change, fierce competition among enterprises, resulting in a higher employee job stress. In enterprise management side, how to reduce employee stress and improve their organization's identity and sense of belonging is very important. Previous studies showed that companies set up associations to provide employees leisure and communication platform by participation and improve employee satisfaction, and promote their work performance. This study aimed to investigate company's association through social networking sites, affect their community interaction on the working efficiency of employees, organizational identity, knowledge sharing and innovation work. This study is based on previous literature review and summarizes the asked entries, using the internet questionnaire way, mainly to electronic technology company employees associations, a total of 220 employees completed the questionnaire, the number of recovered 165 valid questionnaires, and then to validate this study the structural equation model of causality between the variables.
The empirical results of its studies show that employee involvement within the community associations in recognition of its organizational identity has a positive impact on relations. The popularity of mobile devices fueled the community platform and enhanced social interactive among community members, so that community recognition has a positive influence on community cohesion; highly cohesive community has a positive impact on organizational identity. On the management practices of employee involvement within the business community, this study suggests companies could use the community platform to manage the business associations. To compare between the physical community and virtual community in publishing information of community activities, comparing against time and geographical constraints. The convenience brought by advanced technology, improve social interaction among community members, will be able to produce good interaction becomes much positive workplace friendships and relationships. A sense of trust among employees also deepened mutual willingness to share knowledge and information, which are contribute to job performance and individual performance; employees to improve job satisfaction when will strengthen its identity to the organization.
