碩士 === 東南科技大學 === 工業管理研究所 === 102 === Hardcopy industry is traditional and localized business. To make a break through, how to reprocess to resolve the difficulties are the top one priority. The main propose of the study is to understand the main character of the owner of copy shop and how the character will influ-ence the reprocess, knowledge management and skills. This research based on case study, including interview, observation, data collection and analyzed to understand the reprocess of the hardcopy shop. The study has found out that digitized already is a trend and standard-ized. However, the weakness of the traditional hardcopy shop could not make the most of copy machine because they don't have time or think it's difficult to learn how to use computer which will be a loss of the digitalized copy machine.
