| Summary: | 碩士 === 德明財經科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 102 === Most of researches of “IT Outsourcing” in Taiwan use big enterprise as target. However, most of companies in Taiwan belong medium or small model. This research uses Exploratory research through past-research and Delphi technique. The two factors of barriers in progress of “IT Outsourcing”for those medium or small companies is “protection of crucial data” and “control ability of companies operations”. For motivation, it is mostly “obtaining unable internal service”and “improvement of existing service”. Meanwhile, there is only one relative financial motivation in the top 10 motivations, which is very different with researches in big enterprise in four items. (GOU 2009) Recently , by the gradually progress of cloud service, it comes up with novel Cloud Computing service and Data Center. IT engineers is more careful than before for combination of “IT Outsourcing”and “Cloud Service”. By comparing the research , whose case is small and medium-sized enterprise with “IT Outsourcing”and “Could Service”experiences , with our research to analysis those needs in different types of industries, this research is expected for reference of combination in “IT Outsourcing”and “Cloud Service”for small and medium-sized enterprise.
