The research explore how school teachers use WebQuest teaching modle in the process of teaching planning, and find strategies to solve problems. Furthermore, it tries to understand the students’ attitude of learning and to measure their performance. The sample of this research is a sixth-grade class of 19 students in Taipei.The method of research is action research. Data were collected from the teaching videos, researcher’s diaries, interviews with students, and analyzing the quantitative data of the students’ WebQuest learning achievements and questionnaires. The findings are summarized as follows: 1.The ADDIE systematic instructional model with WebQuest design process which the researcher used can design suitable the WebQuest teaching actities of stydents. 2.Adopting an active rearch to implement WebQuest learning activity can improve effectively researcher’s ability to find strategies in teaching. 3.Most learners can enhance learning motivation and performance about WebQuest learning activity. 4.Using WebQuest theory in teaching can help learners to develope ability of problem solving and knowledge, comprehension, application thinking. 5.WebQuest learning activity can enhance cooperative learning among learners. Finally, this research provides some suggestions regarding WebQuest teaching, learning environment, and the design of teaching.
