Summary: | 碩士 === 臺北醫學大學 === 醫學資訊研究所 === 102 === With the development of medical technology medical imaging equipment becomes more accurate. So the medical imaging equipment quality assurance, instrument maintenance and repair records become more and more important. Traditionally, paper records were used to record all medical imaging instrument quality assurance, maintenance, repair and other records. But such an approach is not suitable for management and supervision. Otherwise, resulting in the loss of paper records is more likely due to the negligence of staff on duty. Thus making the future hospital accreditation data integration job is not easy to effectiveness of the hospital accreditation.
Developing a suitable maintenance of Medical Imaging Maintenance Management System (MIMMS) to assist staff and managers will be very important. However, to develop a MIMMS and design processes for staff and programmers to be not easy. The objective of this study is to develop a MIMMS with management personnel and radiological technologists view points. In this study, we use Dreamweaver and PHP with MySQL by "End-User computing" mode to develop this MIMMS.

Since 2011 MIMMS on the line, we had accumulated more than 14000 data. The current amount of data continues to increase 20 data daily. Effectiveness evaluation methods are questionnaire satisfaction survey and analyzed according to DeLone & McLean information model. The objects of questionnaire survey includes radiological technologists, medical engineers and maintenance engineers using this MIMMS in a northern regional teaching hospitals, for information quality, system quality, service quality user wishes / use, user satisfaction, system effectiveness facet satisfaction surveys. Total 22 questionnaires were collected during March 1, 2014 to March 15, 2014 with a response rate of 100%. The Cronbach’s α reliability was 0.83.
The survey results show that over 90% users are very satisfied for this system, and the user is willing to continue to use the system. This system has a good system performance, high availability and can effectively reduce paper management, help managers manage files affairs. Otherwise, use the interface is very easy to operate, the user can practice with minimal effort.
When users design their own systems, medical staff as programmer can reduce programming difficult to understand difficult areas of expertise. Currently MIMMS researches are preliminary, few literatures available for reference. I hope this study can create the examples to provide reference for the development of medical imaging maintenance and repair records management system for other hospitals. Another contribution of this study is to help healthcare organizations understand the satisfaction level of clinical information management systems.
