Methods: This study used systematic sampling and census to collect patient experiences data including 7 hospitals of academic medical center, metropolitan hospital and local community hospital (National Taiwan University Hospital, National Cheng Kung University Hospital, Kaohsiung Medical University Chung-Ho Memorial Hospital Landseed Hospital, Chang Bing Show Chwan Memorial Hospital, China Medical University Taipei Hospital, Kaohsiung Municipal Gangshan Hospital) during 2013.JUL.15 to 2013.AUG.13. Used T-test, ANOV, Multiple regression to explore the correlation of demographic characteristics and other relative variables and hospital characteristics for patient experiences.
Results: According to the multiple regression analysis found that elder, well-education and higher income patients having the better patient experiences.
Conclusion: younger, poor-education and lower income patients were affect the patient experiences. According this study can offer the administration of hospital to analysis these realistic problems and help them or find out the solution of specific problems to improve medical care and enhance patient experiences.
