It is necessary for us to further get into how to ensure successful ERP system implementa-tion in the company. In the methodology, the researcher chose interview method for this study. According to the literature review and the case description, the researcher designed interview summary to the questionnaire, and semi-structured interview members of ERP implementation team in the company and interview experts in ERP implementation filed. So we can understand circumstance in the case. This study found out: 1.the executive faces with the issue of how to conduct employees to implement ERP system; 2.some communi-cation problems had been existent between managers and members; 3.ERP system implementation management issues; 4.Managing ERP system vendor issues. The researcher proposed six suggestions that can be derived from the study finding: 1.seeking the best communication skill to coor-dinate their efforts between the management and employees; 2.enhancing the understanding of teamwork; 3.Improving em-ployees’ coherence to the company; 4.encouraging employees to learn ERP system knowledge; 5.workshop should be held before conducting ERP system implementation; 6.establish specifications and system implementation plan, which is a criteria for firms to tender and select a qualified bidder.
