And to analyze the elements of domestic and foreign policy, which is the main avenues of the research and issues background. Because the story of the rebalance is not a process of U.S. disengage from Asia and then re-engage. Instead, it is a matter of emphasis and prioritizing, building on a foundation of U.S.-Asia relations that was already in place . The second chapter discusses the development of the U.S. Asia-Pacific policy before and after the Cold War . After the Obama administration ''s strategy for resolving the Middle East , as well as to pivot to Asia or rebalance . The third chapter reviews about foreign policy reforms since the Obama’s presidency ,and then in the fourth chapter discusses rebalance strategy. The fifth and sixth two chapters explore under the rebalancing, the diplomatic, economic, and security policy. The United States emphasized the relations with traditional allies in Asia , and followed by engaging with the regional powers , Southeast Asian states and regional multilateral institutions. the Obama administration’s goes are: the revitalization of the economy and the use of smart power . In 2012, The United States has announced new rotations or deployments of troops, and has actively promoted the Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic Partnership Agreement negotiations.
