| Summary: | 碩士 === 淡江大學 === 法國語文學系碩士班 === 102 === Marie Ndiaye is a well-known contemporary French writer. She has abundant work style including novel, drama and screen writing. She started her writing career since 12 years old, and published her first novel at 17. Unfortunately, this talented writer didn''t get a lot of attention in Taiwan, because Taiwanese people still know more about those famous writer in 19th and 20th century.
As a student of Department of French Language, I hope to introduce more good work to people who are interested in literature.
While doing the translation, I am led by the theory of communicative translation and semantic translation from Peter Newmark. According to its theory, I tried to analyse the article and choose the suitable theory for every sentences.
