By analyzing the 40 inventive principles of 45 new technologies which is chosen because of the use of it is uncertainty and finding the related engineering parameters by the method for the corresponding inventive principles of single parameter constructs the “The 40 inventive principles and related parameters of the new technologies cases”. And use it with “The think methods for the 39 parameters” to help people for new technology concept development. The whole design method called “new technology concept development innovation process by TRIZ”. By 2 stages of experiments, free comcept generation and “new technology concept development innovation process by TRIZ”, and interviews on 7 subjects who are college graduate or at school, finding out the benefit of “new technology concept development innovation process by TRIZ” is that: (1) when the idea output from the subject has stalled, this method can re-stimulate ideas and has the same in the original. (2) The key words of parameter can give others respect of idea. And find that the new technology described needs the following change: (1) Technical characteristics and performance parameters of new technologies need clear.
