In general, the traditional way of load board production is a professional and complicated process. Adaptation computer-aided manufacturing systems for load board production process will be able to improve efficiency and reliability. The system is implemented by using Borland C++ builder with object-oriented development methods. It can achieve various intelligent processing functions such as milling parameters batch setting, component database link, machining path planning and generate NC code, and so on. The system integrates user-friendly interface and NC machining code export. It can substitute AutoCAD and MasterCAM on load board production processes to reduce operator training time and save the enterprise software implementation cost. Finally, this thesis use SoftMill simulation load board milling to verify the correctness of machining path planning.
