This thesis is discuss about the data bits from Transport Channels to Physical Channels for transmission process, First, Time Division Duplexing (TDD) of the LTE-A system began to introduce and explain the Frame Structure. Since the LTE-A uplink slot structure and physical resources, we introduce the uplink transmit of data bits from Transport Channels to Physical Channels for transmission process basic system architecture, and in the process of the basic architecture of each block in detail above classification. Finally, the LTE-A uplink of the Physical uplink share channel and basic system architecture is described.
