Conventional endoscope system has some key components, including the rigid endoscope, a bundle of light-emitting optic fibers and a set of image sensors in the hand-help part. Along with these elements, there is a video system for processing and viewing of the video in body cavity. Signal transmission was based on cables in conventional design of endoscope. In the study, we attempted to replace of role of cable-based image transmission with a set of wireless apparatus. In the development of wireless transmission technology, the quality and speed also improved significantly from IEEE 802.11b, 802.11g, 802.11a to latest 802.11n. In order to improve both the quality and speed, the techniques of MIMO-OFDN had been implicated in wireless device. In the present study, we used 802.11n transmission chip in our preliminary design. The size of the wireless ENFE in our design can be minimized because we used mini-chip for image processing and for signal transmission. Therefore, the bulky size of conventional endoscope is no longer required. Additional benefits included lower cost and the front endoscope may be designed as a disposable part. The efficacy and practical benefits were tested in both off-table study and in animal study. We tested the quality of video transmission, the influence factors, the acceptability of surgeons. 張合 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 89 zh-TW |

The efficacy and practical benefits were tested in both off-table study and in animal study. We tested the quality of video transmission, the influence factors, the acceptability of surgeons.
