It’s importance is to help airlines training pilots. As we all know, the flight could not be tested using the real aircraft for two reasons.The first one is expensive: Aircraft’s fuel is quite expensive, training with the real aircraft is expensive and dangerous. Second, training effect and purpose could not be reached: Flight’s various unexpected situations should implemented only in simulated cabin, and could not be implemented in real flight. It goes without saying that maintaining the accuracy and availability of the full flight simulator is important for enhancing flight safety. This thesis is to find flight simulator’s matntenance process through the value chain,reuse the tool of knowledge management and the concept of collaborative and sharing to solve the simulator’s problem,enhance the maintenance efficiency.Then utilize the concept of reliability centered maintenance.Analysis the various failure mode through the Failure mode,effect,and criticality analysis(FMECA) and the reliability centered maintenance of the value chain to identify possible failure causes quickly and to develop the reliability centered prevent maintenance value chain.Finally through the interview the flight crew and maintenance chief and actally to carry out these method of the thesis to confirm the feasibility. This thesis’s conclusion is to expound the effect about carrying out knowledge management by two examples.The first example is that reduce the maintenance time from two months to two weeks about the autothrottle failure.The second example is that increase the stabilizer trim system maintenance efficiency througe the reliability centered maintenance value chain. 曲立全 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 85 zh-TW |
