Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 機電整合研究所 === 102 === In this research we manufacture a low cost, low power consumption and it is easier to use blood glucose meter system. Use the micro needle design, micro needle coated with Glucose Oxidase (GOD) and Interstitial Fluid (ISF) affects by blood sugar level ranges. The transdermal sensor includes a substrate, an electrochemical sensor unit, a signal processing unit and a power supply unit. Therein, the electrochemical sensor unit is composed of array micro needle. The transdermal sensor pierces skin by micro needle with minimally invasive. The micro needle can reduce the pain of user and achieve the goal of detecting the concentration of hypodermic target molecules to get the physiological signal of body.
Currently, it is common to see a medical needle’s pinhead size of either 0.51 or 0.71 mm on the market. When using these types of needles in blood sugar (glucose) testing, it can be painful for patients. Many researches have shown that the smaller size of the needle’s pinhead, the less pain a patent will fell. With patient satisfaction in mind, this study established a biosensor platform based on a transdermal sensor to measure the interstitial fluid for the testing of blood sugar, human body temperature and Glucose Oxidase (GOD).
