Laboratory increased the relative accident and laboratory waste production gradually increased; therefore how to create a system of laboratory safety and effective management of waste recycling, schools today an important issue in environmental protection and health and safety. The case study method, the future do explore the school''s waste processing operations flow process at the same time based on the circumstances of its execution, a questionnaire survey of the use of experts for the case of the research-related personnel to do the risk of failure by the waste recycling operations flow process priority value investigation and then apply the failure Mode and Effects analysis analysis and improvement of the operating procedures for the conduct waste water treatment. The results showed that the risk priority value listed as "improvement" of the seven, including "The classification is not really", "unused funnel and drain pan to collect", "handling waste splash, dressed overflow""centralized storage", "signed the removal contract" and "not dumping processing appliances. The overall improvement rate of 60.7%, preliminary design to improve the target value has been exceeded. Improved error rate than the highest of the Department of Chemistry 41.2%, Department of Chemical and Materials 23.5%, Department of Water Resources &; Environment Engineering for 17.6%. 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 機電整合研究所 === 102 === In recent years due to government policies to establish more universities and colleges, school enrollment in the college rapidly increasing relative schools require the creation of a laboratory to meet the students'' learning process.
