In circular economy as one of the important economic development policy , based on efficient use of resources and circular as the core, to the concept of sustainable development in line with economic growth . In this circular mainstream economic concept which will have a profound impact on China future economic development of the enterprise . In recent years, China''s capital market with the opening and expansion of financial markets , the Shanghai Stock Exchange in the financial integration of the Yangtze River Delta development conditions , may jump in Asia and even the world ''s major finance center, which is to attract Taiwanese enterprises in China want to choose A shares listed on the main conditions . But in the past Taiwanese want China Shanghai A -share listed as being prohibitively difficult to treat , until April 23, 2012 A company listed in China, Taiwan enterprises only surprise is also Asia''s largest regeneration aluminum supplier for recycled aluminum industry circular economic development. This paper attempts to discuss the case study , Taiwan ''s economic development in cricular economy critical success factors for the regeneration of the aluminum industry , and explore business management from the perspective, of Taiwan , China''s capital market financing and listing the feasibility of the statute of limitations , and further for Taiwan enterprises in the mainland to provide core competitiveness.
