Last, we can compare the results between the analysis and the experimental, then to speculate which reason is possibly. Then we can use the DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimeter) to find the melting point of the plastic material which used to product the air cushion bag packaging. When the melting point was found, we can set the mold working temperature. Then to find each other parameters, such as mold pressing pressure, conveyor speed. Last, refer to the guidelines of the Taguchi experimental design, the references and the suggest from the manufacturer to determine control factors and the optimization condition. By the Taguchi experimental results and references can be learned, the mold pressing time and the mold temperature are two control factors, which were the greatest impact in the process of the airbag cushion packaging. Then, we can compare the yield rate between the optimization condition and the original condition. The result is that the yield rate was improved 15 % from original condition to optimization condition.
