This study examines the relationships of financial behavior''s antecedent (financial literacy), dependent variables (financial satisfaction and financial hardship), the mediating effect of financial behavior and conscientiousness as a moderator between financial literacy and financial behavior for college students. The research found financial literacy significantly affects financial behavior. And financial behavior affects financial satisfaction positively and reduces financial hardship. Conscientiousness also moderates the relationship between financial literacy and financial behavior. Unfortunately this study can’t prove the mediating effect of financial behavior. The result could provide to education institutions as reference.
