In addition to allowing users to contact each other outside by using this application. It also offer more special feature functions such as transfer, hold, three-way calling etc. ...The research topics are listed as below： a. Relative SIP/RTP Protocol b. Use Android API c. JNI Event Process d. Call Feature Codes There are four parts which are implemented on the Android platform. And we will understand by the test results. Compared with the VoIP phone, as well as provide MVPN service carriers, rates of saving the program, as well as providing an extension of the cloud service, is unprecedented in the market, in terms of its overall function is more than the general Internet phone, allowing users to have a better experience.
