The largest advantages are that PLC can integrate the combination between data and controller, compensate the missing part from IC chip and I/O data, accomplish complex order with simple wiring. Using PLC data for logical control and judgment, we can even control the apparatus without printed circuit board. The data also can change, manufacture process more easily. Combining high efficacy devices and fuzzy logic theory can improve the efficiency of the machine when using in any time or anywhere. Controlling the thermostat of the inlet &; outlet of condenser can make adjustment of heat energy, acceding the comparison of temperature changing of day/night time and temperature setting, combining fuzzy logic theory without using variable-frequency compressor. This arrangement and combination can make the machine even more smarter and higher efficiency. With software of Siemens WinCC V7.0 and windows O/S, it is possible to remote control the domestic devices anywhere in the world. Furthermore, we also introduce internet into the system to monitor and collect data of the high efficacy heater in domestic area. In the future, we hope to be able to use inverter to control compressor. Connecting inverter signal to PLC Analog Input module, we can adjust the frequency of compressor and do Proportion Integration Differentiation(PID) control, and even sharing data through remote I/O module and WiFi. 曹大鵬 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 60 zh-TW |
