Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 102 === Though wireless network has developed rapidly in recent years, unstable connection is still the biggest problem during wireless transmission in every different method. Delay-Tolerant-Network(DTN) provides an intermittently interrupted technique that keeps the data during reconnection after each interruption. The application range of DTN is wide. For example, when accidents happen in mountainous areas, especially in elevated areas with few nodes, using DTN will make sending emergency messages faster thereby making the success rate of rescue higher. In this study, we used different elevations in mountain areas and method of copying packets to lift transmission rate. As a result, we found that using method of copying packets within mountainous areas is suitable. The more number of copying packets, the higher transmission rate increases.
