It can’t successfully lead to learner motivation, need to be combined with other technologies through increased mobile learning service applications to make it more attractive. This study provides an integrated solution that combines cloud to iOS location-based services and Web 2.0 way for experts and scholars to participate in together. This study is the development environment to build a private cloud approach through the use of cloud IaaS core virtualization technology to aid system development. The development of mobile learning App on iOS mobile devices, while taking advantage of Web 2.0 concepts by leading experts and users to learn content, and mobile devices combine GPS positioning function. It providing the learner with location-based services oriented to action learning enhance learning. Take full advantage of cloud characteristics and Web 2.0 concepts to accumulate knowledge, extensive action learning content.
