D-LDH will catalyze D-lactate and NAD+ to pyruvate and NADH, and then using biosensor that use the wavelength of 340 nm UV-LED to excite NADH and release the fluorescence of 490 nm to detect the concentration of D-lactate in urine. This method has good linearity (R2=0.9979) and calibration range from 1 μM to 125 μM. Accuracy is between 93.22~110.54% and precision is between 2.04 - 20.83%. The linearity, accuracy and precision of this method are complied with rules of analysis. And compared to Two-dimensional HPLC system (2-D HPLC system) this method can reduce the determination time from 90 minutes to 1 minute each sample. 陳建銘 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 45 zh-TW
