Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 光電工程系研究所 === 102 === A microwave photonic filter based on multiwavelength laser source as a subcarrier demultiplexer is integrated into the subcarrier multiplexing system, and by controlling the multiwavelength laser source properties, the desirable frequency can be tuned. The proposed subcarrier demultiplexing scheme is simple, feasible, and cost-effective. We also proposed and demonstrated a simplified ROF system. By using multiwavelength laser as multiple radio channels, the scheme can simplify the CO architecture for the optical signal generation. The experimental results indicate that the multiple radio channel based on multiwavelength laser is highly promising for use in optical communication systems.
