Therefore, there are many hypermarkets have to introduce RFID technology. So, this study builds RFID service models combines picking mechanism and using the U-shaped layout in backend store. The purpose is to allow the customer waiting time and on-order inventory get the best performance of these two mechanisms. This study uses the PlantSimulation9.0 system simulation software to construct the model under the different environments of picking mechanism, and its simulation several times. It is compare the two performances on customer waiting time and on-order inventory. According to the results of the simulation results on two performance indicators to compare which mechanism would be more efficient, and which can make the best balance between the customer waiting time and the on-order inventory. The best mechanism can improve the customer service satisfaction in hypermarket, reduce the cost of inventories, and contribute to implementation in the future. 車振華 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 46 zh-TW
