Recently, transmissible diseases cause serious problems both in China and Taiwan, which threaten our life and cause property-loss. The infectious pathogen makes cross-infection as sudden as lightning, extending the infected area, doing damage in large. To do so, this study constructs the specimen monitoring system based on cloud computing, which containing notifiable diseases report function, specimen examination platform, historical medical records searching and real-time specimen transportation monitoring.
With this system, it can insure specimen safety and completeness during transportations, statistic the information of infected districts and report notifiable diseases to take anti-epidemic reaction. This study analyzes the system’s advantages of cloud architecture with experimental scenarios, summarizing the result.
