It ceased the monopoly of the broadcasting market and prompted the competition for the commercials in the media of broadcast. The evolution of television, internet and mobile telecommunication, the broadcasting industry also started to change the previous operation strategies in order to face the challenges. In this case study, development stages was determined based on several external environmental criteria identified, via analysis methods of SWOT and Porter five forces.
