Taiwan is an excellent region to operate electric vehicles because of its moderate distance between the north and the south of the island, concentrated metropolitan areas, sufficient electricity supply facilities and subtropical climate. Moreover, the highly-developed key technologies, such as telecommunication systems, security intelligence systems, batteries and motors, have boosted the growth of electric cars industries in Taiwan. There have been so far five companies investing in the development of E-bus in Taiwan region. Due to the facts that E-bus is an emerging product and there has been no such standard product available among global car markets as the reference for the development,. Hence, the companies disagree with each other about the development direction of each company failed to come to any agreement. This research focuses on developing the decision-making model on how bus transportation companies to are choosing select their E-bus suppliers. The hierarchy of objectives of decision-making model was obtained through semi-structured interviews with several decision-makers of the bus transportation companies. The relevant decision attributes, along with their relative importance were analyzed by utilizing SMART method. The ratings for each attribute were then obtained by E-bus experts recruited for this research. Finally, a decision model was established. As a case study, one of the E-bus suppliers was asked to conduct a self-assessment based on the as described decision model so that they could understand their pros and cons of developing E-buses. This was used to observe the level of enhancement on the implementation of associated properties. As a result of that, with the analysis through the decision model, they could achieve a better performance by prioritizing the objectives and resources. 梁曉帆 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 68 zh-TW |
