To collect data, the researcher used questionnaire tool "The Research on the School Marketing Strategies Recognition and the School Identification of Elementary School Teachers in Changhua County questionnaire". By stratified random sampling,the samples include school administrators, homeroom teachers, and subjet teachers; there were total 717 questionnaires from 70 Changhua County elementary school and 708 questionnaires are effective. Descriptive statistics, indepoendent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient were applied for data analysis. There were several major findings as follows: 1. The school marketing strategies recognition of Changhua County teachers was currently medium high. 2. The school identification of Changua County teahcers was currently medium high. 3. The school marketing strategies recognition of elementary school teachers in Changua County would be vaious by different backgrounds ; The following people highly have school marketing strategies recognition : male, who work over 21 years, whose position as a school administrator, teachers who work as an administratior for over 11 years, and teahcers who work at school size over 25 classes. 4. The school identification for elementary school teachers in Changhua County might be different depends on the backgrounds. The following people might have higher school identification: men, who work over 21 years, whose position as a school administrator, and teachers who work as an administratior for over 11 years. 5. The elementary school teachers in Changhua County on the school marketing strategies recognition and school identification had obviously positive relevance.
