Intergrating with Elements of Qualia and Cultural Experience of Service Innovational Design - A Case Study of Nantun Old Street

碩士 === 東海大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 102 === Nantun Old Street was called Li Tou Dian in former times, it was the earliest development area in Taichung, and also played an important role in the origin of culture development in central Taiwan. So far, Nantun Old Street had kept lots of culture resources, but the traditional culture and historic character of Nantun Old Street are gradually disappearing by the urban development and transformation. So, this study investigated the culture elements of the Nantun Old Street through the elements of qualia and cultural experience. Furthermore, this study used the viewpoints of Service Experience Engineering to collects the patterns of behavior of user in Nantun Old Street to explore the current service and problems. Based on this point of view, this study used the observation method and five models of Service Experience Engineering to presented the local environment. Moreover, this study use the elements of qualia and cultural experience to integrative the existing elements. Finally, this study explore the innovation and service model in Nantun Old Street through the view of service design and use the five models and elements of qualia. This study used the Nantun Old Street as the case study, the research results are as follows: （1）This study used the interviews and observations to collects the present situation in Nantun Old Street, and understand the user behavior patterns in a deep way. （2）Aggregating five models of Service Experience Engineering to depict the concept of service design innovation, and presents the culture service of Nantun Old Street by specific ways. （3）The service design process is divided into three stages, and combine with the culture experienc, in order to link the five elements of qualia. The existing services design should be increase the more local information to make the user take it, and increase the elements of collective memory of Nantun in the cultural experience, and provide the entertainment activities to increase the opportunity for the user to visit again. This study used the three levels of service to link design concept of elements of qualia and cultural experience. Last of all, this study advance design concept of three levels of service experience design and using the elements of quaila and cultural experience to solve and re-activating the lack for the sense of sight and culture experience in district of Nantun Old Street.
