Through the framework of organization, the list of present price, the strategies of sale promotion, the strategies of approaching, the strategies of the human resource, the strategies of public service, the research will discuss the management strategies and situation in Wu-Feng Sports Center in Taichung City. The results indicate the following several conclusions: 1.In the framework of organization: due to the divide of duty, the authority efficiency isn’t good enough. 2.In the list of present price: we consider whether the disadvantaged minority get the preferential service and price. 3.In the strategies of sale promotion: the fixed price would concern with the will of service quality and futhermore, the profit couldn’t be reach the expectation, which both may low down the quality of service. 4.In the strategies of approaching: the current strategies of approaching still didn’t go well. Most customers wouldn’t get the information about Sports Center, such as some activities, ads, and posts, unless those come inside and get them. 5.In the strategies of the human resource: according to the different leadership in different department, they might make some mistakes in engaging their jobs. Besides, the lack of stimulation in the organization wouldn’t keep the gifted persons and the salary didn’t have misgiving about the outer competion and inner equity. 6.In the strategies of public service: we could hold some public activities with the industry, or help the disadvantaged minority in the neighborhood. 7.The convenience of customer mamagementwould be influenced by the useless system in computer management. The suggestion for building Sports Center in the future: 1.The location of the building should lies on the convenient traffic and the most population area. 2.The corporation should have the concetions of sport background and the professional group to proceed to manage and operate the whole Sports Center. 3.The strategies of management aims at helping and taking are of the neighborhood sincerely. 4.The Sports Center could add some facilities and lessons which the parents and their children can participate in together.
