Description
Summary:碩士 === 大仁科技大學 === 製藥科技研究所 === 102 === Huang Jing (Vitexnegundo) is the specific aromatic plant from subtropical regions of southern Taiwan. This plant is often used in traditional medicine, a wide range of treatment including bacterial, fungal and viral infection disease. In this study, Huang Jingliwas used in different methods of extraction, such as, supercritical fluid, hydrodistillation, and, stem distillation. Each abstract would be analyzed and compare to its antioxidant and whiteningefficiency. Compound (N1~N12) were extracted from supercritical fluid extraction in temperature 27°C~80°C, pressure 100bar~300bar. Compound N13 was extracted from hydrodistillation, and compound N14 was from stem distillation. For the sake of analysis, we first used (1) GC-MS to measure the component of each extraction. (2) Bioactivity assay to estimate the antioxidant efficiency ofever abstract include, the ability of DPPH clearance, and the level of total polyphenols. (3)Inhibition capability for tyrosinase can be used to calculate the whitening efficiency. The result shows that, the extraction N11 of Vitexnegundo, which extracted by supercritical fluid in temperature 80 ° C, 300bar, have the best result in antioxidant and whitening analysis. In cleaning test to DPPH, Vit E has 63.7% clearance in the concentration of 40μg/mL. Comparison with Vit E, N11 and N12 are reach to 66.5% and 63.7% in concentration of 1000μg/mL. Besides, theKojic Acid (500μg/mL) shows 35.6% in the inhibition capability for tyrosinase. Our extraction N11 and N12 in 1000 μg/mL also perform 31.8% and 33.5% in tyrosinas inhibition. However, in the part of the level in total polyphenols, N6, which extracted by supercritical fluid (40 °C, 300 bar) contained a great amount ofpolyphenols. All the results above suggest that, the Vitexnegundo L extraction does have the potential of antioxidant and whitening active capacity.
