Summary:碩士 === 大仁科技大學 === 休閒事業管理研究所 === 102 === This study aimed to understand the current situation of the southern region of junior high school baseball players' perception of coach leadership behaviors and achievement motivations. as well as to probe into the differences and relationships among those variables. In the case ; the southern region of the country will be explored on leadership behavior and perceived relevance of achievement motivation. In this study, baseball players from southern regions were found for the survey, a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, 300 valid questionnaires were obtained, the validity return rate was 100%. The statistical analysis applied to this study included descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA analysis, canonical correlation analysis and other statistical methods of data analysis. Research findings were as follows: 1.The ninth grade baseball team players in southern Taiwan had been participated in the training for more than 5 years, they were formed of the former National Championship quarterfinals : they had been training weekly for more than 5 days, and most of them had starting experience. 2.The southern region baseball players felt that the perceived level of coaching behavior Q. item scored to "be clear that my coach advantages and disadvantages," the highest level of acceptance, asked the lowest score for the item "things for the team coach will not allow others to participate in the decision.";contains various dimensions, such as; high to low order "reward behavior", "training and instruction", "caring behavior", "democratic behavior", "autocratic behavior" feel the highest effect from "reward behavior," the least effective being that of "autocratic behavior." 3. The majority of the southern regions felt that the baseball players in all facets of achievement motivation Q. item score of "good people with the skills to play better than I because I would lose, I'll just hit, "the" highest level of recognition, the lowest score for the question items "I like my team to play a good game than me";implemented high to low order to "avoid failure," and “pursue of success." 4.The southern region baseball players were required annually to participate in training seniority, academic performance proficiency, weekly training sessions, determine starting experience demographic variables. There was not significant difference in the perception of leadership behavior and perceived degree of each factor. 5.In the southern region baseball players participated in the above training to no significant difference in the degree of achievement motivation, feelings of each factor. 6.There was a positive correlation between leadership behavior of the coach of southern junior high school and achievement motivation.
