Due to its rareness and preciousness, some illegal logging thieves denude wild type or plant bacteria of A. cinnamomea, leading to its decreasing quantities. Without applying the ingredient of C. kanehirai Hayata, the solid-state fermentation is good for preventing it from illegal denudation. In this study, eight strains which are growing faster and dull-red outlooking have been chosen out of sixteen ones during the experiment, incubated with red sorghum as the major medium in the glass bottle. By culturing at low temperature 20℃ for ten weeks, the total amount of triterpenoids compounds would be detected after solid-state fermentation, in addition to taking the advantage of HPLC to analyze these different alcoholic extract of strains from triterpenoids profile. Above all, no. AC12 is the most quantitive strain up to 2.54% (w/w). The analysis of HPLC profile also presents that the solid-state fermentation product in this strain contains more species of eight target ingredients for A. cinnamomea, for example, Antcin A, Antcin B, Antcin C, Antcin H, Antcin K, dehydroeburicoic acid, dehydrosulfurenic acid, and 1,4-dimethoxy-2,3-methylenedioxy-5-methylbenzene. After choosing the best strain of AC12 produced by the laboratory, the trial mass production of solid-state fermentation is going on, from 2-3 kg dry powder at the early stage to 20 kg, even extreme to more than 100 kg. The process of trial mass production would bring the comprehension of what may happen after magnification of capacity, for instance, strain variation, equipment, space, manual control, etc. Therefore, the technology of limited production in solid-state fermentation of A. cinnamomea must be set up. Moreover, carrying out the sensory evaluation from the extract liquid of solid-state fermentation, fruiting body onartificial agar medium, and fruiting III body from wood is done. In a word, the extract liquid of fruiting body from wood is less popular than solid-state fermentation and fruiting body from on artificial agar medium for students from questionnaires.
