Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 教育領導與評鑑研究所 === 102 === ABSTRACT This study aimed to understand the differences of Kaohsiung Tzu Chi environmental protection volunteers in servant leadership, positive psychological capital, and well-being among various demographics and explored the impacts of Tzu Chi environmental protection supervisors’ servant leadership on volunteers’ well-being with the positive psychological capital as the mediator. The survey questionnaires were administered to Kaohsiung Tzu Chi environmental protection volunteers. A total of 390 survey questionnaires were distributed, 310 valid questionnaires were obtained, accounting for 79.50% of the recovery rate. The major findings were as followings: 1.There were significantly lower servant leadership perception of age under 50 years old Kaohsiung Tzu Chi environmental protection volunteers and the education background under (included) the elementary level Females under 50 years old , unmarried or housewives were significantly lower positive psychological capital. Females under 50 years old Kaohsiung Tzu Chi environmental protection volunteers were significantly lower well-being. 2.There were positive correlation among servant leadership, positive psychological capital, and well-being of Kaohsiung Tzu Chi environmental protection servants. 3.Servant leadership, positive psychological capital of Kaohsiung Tzu Chi environmental protection servants could significantly predict well-being and overall prediction was 41.12%. 4.Kaohsiung Tzu Chi environmental protection volunteers’ “Hope” in positive psychological capital had the mediating effect on servants’ service leadership and volunteers’ well-being and raged to 23.9%.
