Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 教育領導與評鑑研究所 === 102 === The purpose of the study was to explore the relationship between principals’ innovation leadership and school organizational change for elementary schools in Changhua County and discuss the differences on various teacher’s background elements between the principals’ innovation leadership and school organizational change . The questionnaire survey had been adopted as the research method in this study and the teachers of elementary schools in Changhua County in 102 academic year were picked as subjects of this survey. “The principal innovation leadership questionnaire” and “the organizational change questionnaire” were research tools, and the valid questionnaires were total 450. The collected data was analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe post hoc comparison, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and Stepwise Multiple Regression. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The perception of teachers in elementary schools from Changhua County toward whole principals’ Innovation leadership was above the average. Among them, “public relations innovation” performed best. 2. The perception of teachers in elementary schools from Changhua County toward whole school organizational change was above the average. Among them, “work of technological change” performed best. 3. There were significant differences on the school principal’s innovation leadership based on different background variables (school staff ages , teaching experience ,and school scales). 4. There were significant differences on school organizational change based on different background variables (school staff educational background and teaching experience). 5.There were positive correlations between the school principal’s ’ innovation leadership and school organizational change. 6. “Changes in organizational structure” of principal’s innovation leadership could apparently predict school organizational change. According to those conclusions, some useful suggestions had been presented to educational administrative organizations, the elementary school principals, teachers, and future studies.
