Automobile service industry, the way they do business with the previous vehicle repair industry is completely different in the past is technology oriented; Now the focus has shifted to human services. From the facilities, processes, to service the needs of owners and is completely tailored service, I think this is a challenge plant business model, but also to subvert the traditional business concept vehicle repair industry. In addition to the pursuit of high-quality professional division of labor, and cost control and improve quality, the appointment to the delivery of the vehicle's speed and efficiency is among the major industrial competitiveness. Levelized scheduling and human resource planning can effectively shorten the warranty process of idle time and increase inventory turns and reduce work delays. In this study, the purpose was to enhance the repair appointment, through analysis and evaluation of data after analog-if scenarios, and identify issues for improvement and make suggestions for improvement and problems. Mode improved maintenance of the factory owners to develop the habit of advance reservations, the results of this study may provide services to improve plant management improvement plan as a reservation rate. Through case examples to verify the company's results of this study confirm the reasons for the use of external customers into the plant did not make an appointment, and then the surface of the system workflow case company to make adjustments and improve the customer does not make an appointment into the plant's problems and learn to promote its appointment system the main promoter of the case company employees, workers and efforts to promote voluntary let participants know it must promote the appointment system for the company and what their benefits and advantages of promoting policies to the most taboo shouting slogans and formality as must build consensus and resolve all participation appointment system for the company's management on the case can indeed bring many benefits, such as: the factory today can predict the amount of number of units to make the decision today, staff attendance, scheduling flexibility, performance revenue for doing expected to master, you can do first case company cadres workflow sandbox for subsequent process work smoothly, service processes can achieve the effect of leveling, you can avoid rush hour vehicle into the plant with the vehicle from the factory, good leveling can reduce customer complaints, more than all the research workflow changes to improve maintenance appointment rate purposes.
