Summary: | 碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 休閒事業管理系 === 102 === This study is accomplished by questionnaires with convenience sampling method to conduct data collection. This questionnaire is designed by following three core travel systems related elements - space, activities and products to build the foundation and tourist-friendly destination concept formation. And through using IPA (Importance-performance Analysis) for tourists to choose the friendly tourist sightseeing attention level factors performance analysis and discussion in the excellent sightseeing tourist friendliness and weaknesses.
Those results show that:
1.The satisfactions in Anping area show that Anping is not the standard tourist-friendly tourist destination because the number of items in the third quadrant and landed the fourth quadrant is greater than the number of items in the first quadrant and the fall of the second quadrant.
2.The items fall in the fourth quadrant should be the priority improvement items. They are transportation facilities, such as indicators of roads, road signs and so on, easy accessibility, recreational activities which can meet people in all ages, clean environment and keep it from unnatural abuse.
3.There are 10 items fall in the third quadrant, so if one day these items improve their satisfactions by raising the degree of attention of tourists. And they will all move up to the first quadrant. So Anping will be on step closer to tourist-friendly destination.
4.There are five items which related to act fall in the third quadrant. That means international tourists do not care about those items in Anping.
We can know that tourist-friendly destination is about customer-oriented. So let tourist feel satisfy and ensure that place could be able to meet their needs. By IPA, more items fall in the first quadrant and the second quadrant means that place is more like tourist-friendly destination. This study attempts to build a friendly travel-related indicator or the reference for academics and government.
