Defense policy of our country in the military regime also began to volunteer force development. The main result of this study should promote volunteer force to investigate the performance characteristics of Volunteer Officers and soldiers , are associated with the degree of job satisfaction and organizational commitment . Subjects for the southern region of Volunteer Soldiers ( military police ) , conducted a questionnaire survey, this study a total of 650 questionnaires were distributed , recovered 608 points, 108 points excluding invalid questionnaires , a total of 500 questionnaires were available for analysis , the recovery rate of 93% , the effective rate of 77.5% . The main findings were as follows: A different background attribute variables in the Volunteer Soldiers " job characteristics ", " job satisfaction " to " organizational commitment " significant differences . Second, the Volunteer Soldiers " job characteristics " and " job satisfaction " was significantly correlated .
