碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 高階主管企管碩士班 === 102 === Based on Risk Management of military and aviation perspective, the study develops risk control measurements via Operational Risk Management Integration Tools software in order to resolve risk factors such as liveware, hardware, environment, mission and management. The approach of the survey is field study with expert visits, and the population are the faculties of the Air Force Headquarters, scholar, and field staffs at the Air Force Bases. The databases are divided into six dimensions including airport wildlife management, bird habitats research and analysis, real-time monitoring, equipment and tool usage efficiency, farm management, and budget funding to collect and analyze, and provide effective suggestions for planning and execution. The purposes of the study will be fulfilled within improving organizational management efficiency, consolidating bird-stike prevention process, and reducing bird-strike hazards.
