In this research, the Army Volunteer Soldiers for the study, the use of SPSS software using descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Results indicated that Volunteer Soldiers possess strategic analysis function has a negative impact on work performance and Volunteer Soldiers possess interpersonal function has no impact on work performance. The others functions of leadership, administrative management, general knowledge has a positive impact on work performance. Practical implications of the research finding was hoping to provide the personnel department in the process of election to select out the suitable person.
