Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 高階主管企管碩士班 === 102 === The aim of this study was to examine the relationships among mentoring relationship, group cohesion, job satisfaction and retention intention. The purposive sampling was applied in this study. 268 questionnaires were distributed and 220 questionnaires returned, four questionnaires were incomplete, returned rated were 80%. Finally, 216 questionnaires were valid. In this study, SPSS 17.0 statistical software was the tools for statistical analysis. Meanwhile, the statistics analysis method includes descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis and regression analysis to test our hypotheses. The findings of this study were summarily concluded as follows: Mentoring relationship has positive effect on group cohesion. Mentoring relationship has positive effect on job satisfaction. Mentoring relationship has positive effect on retention intention. Group cohesion has positive effect on job satisfaction. Group cohesion has positive effect on retention intention. Job satisfaction has positive effect on retention intention. Group cohesion has a mediating effect between mentoring relationship and retention intention. Job satisfaction has a mediating effect between mentoring relationship and retention intention. Finally, theoretical and practical implications of findings are discussed and directions for future research are sketched.
