With internet, users can send the request to the Cloud Server through personal computer browser, as well as accessing the Cloud through smart phone. This research focuses on the application on Android system developed by Google. The Android system incorporated the build in Wi-Fi module and Cloud processing. With encrypted technology of the smart phone, users can transfer information securely to the Individual Cloud server. Moreover, building a personalized smart home network allows users to access and monitor the home electronic system and security data anywhere and anytime
