Based on company S as the illustration, this study has the research about the situation of employees using social networking platforms to complete the work in the course of their work. This study uses the Uses and Gratifications Expectancy Model (UGEM) as the theoretical framework and adopts Smart PLS for model validation. The empirical results shown that "the use of cognitive and Gratifications Expectancy " for self-learning satisfaction has the most significant positive impact, followed by "emotional purposes and Gratifications Expectancy" and "social integration and Gratifications Expectancy use of" self-satisfaction study also shown positive to influence. That is, when employees use the social networking platform to seek helps for problem solving or interactive communication and emotional exchanges with each other, it is able to improve the process of self-learning satisfaction. In summary, relevant results of this study can be import reference for enterprises that want to adopt the social networking platform for their employees’ use.
