This research is to design one kind of software tool and method in order to generate important technology news. The potential end users for this system are including media, the public, student, teacher, reporter, expert and researcher.This technology news recommendation system includes: 1) data parsing subsystem, 2) popular technology news factor evaluation subsystem, 3) Advanced technology news factor evaluation subsystem, 4) popular technology news recommendation subsystem 5) Forward-looking technology news recommendation subsystem, 6) The verification subsystem of technology news recommended system, 7) Latest hot and cutting edge technology news search and compassion subsystem.In addition, we design both cutting edge technology news recommendation index and popular technology news recommendation index. With the design and development of the computer system software, it has validity, rapid, systematic, objective advantages to automatically screen and filter new technology suitable coverage knowledge and trends.In the explosive growth era of science and technology knowledge, we hope that the public and expert can reduce more time when they need to digest huge amount of new technology articles through our proposed method and system.
